Our role as a platform
Casa App provides software and infrastructure that property managers, HOAs, and building operators use to run resident portals and community tools. We are a technology provider—not the property manager, landlord, HOA, or community organizer for any specific property.
Property portals
Each property portal is configured and operated by that property or its authorized staff. Content, announcements, requests, visitor rules, and interactions within a portal are created and controlled by the property and its participants—not by Casa App. We do not routinely review, verify, or endorse activity inside individual property portals.
Relationships & disputes
Casa App is not responsible for disputes, agreements, access decisions, enforcement, or other matters between properties, residents, staff, vendors, or third parties that arise in or through a property portal. Building rules, rent, maintenance, and community conduct should be directed to the relevant property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa App disclaims liability for acts, omissions, and content of property operators and portal users.
Content & suitability
Content behind QR codes, forms, votes, and chat rooms is created or configured by users. Casa App does not guarantee that every destination or message will be suited to every person's values or context. You use the service and scan or interact with content at your own discretion.
User content & conduct
You are responsible for the destinations you link to, the forms and polls you create, and how you use chat rooms. Do not use Casa App to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate our policies or the law.
No endorsement
Casa App does not endorse any specific user, destination, or content. Featuring or enabling a QR code, form, vote, or chat does not mean we approve of it for all audiences. If you encounter inappropriate content, you may report it or contact us.
Your discretion
You use the service at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or dissatisfaction arising from third-party destinations, user-generated content, or chat messages. When you create a QR code or chat room, you accept responsibility for how it is used within the bounds of the law and our policies.
Removal of content
We may remove QR codes, forms, votes, chat rooms, or other content that violate our policies, the law, or the rights of others. We are not obligated to remove content solely because it is not suited to some users' preferences. For reporting harmful or illegal content, please contact us.
